What is the Wellpoint + Full Cart Connect program?
If you have WellPoint TennCare, the WellPoint + Full Cart Connect program gives you a $50 grocery card. You can use the card to buy fruits and vegetables that are fresh, frozen, or canned. The card works at stores like Walmart, Kroger, Food Lion, Dollar General, and more. It is free and sent to you by text. This program is here to give real help for real needs.
Is the Full Cart Connect program real?
Yes, Full Cart Connect is real. Full Cart is a trusted partner of Wellpoint. Wellpoint members who qualify can get free help to buy groceries.
How do I know if I qualify?
If you have Welloint TennCare, you qualify. First, fill out the Full Cart Connect form [insert link] to get your first $50 Full Cart Connect Card. Then, when you complete Social Benefit Enrollment for things like SNAP, WIC, or LIHEAP, you can also get a second $50 Full Cart Connect Card.
How long does it take to sign up as a Wellpoint Member? How long is the form?
The form takes about 10–15 minutes to finish. After you fill it out, you can get your first $50 grocery card for fresh fruits and vegetables. The form is online and works on your phone.
Is the form in multiple languages?
Yes. The Full Cart Connect form is in 9 languages: English, Spanish, French, Russian, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, Haitian Creole, and Arabic.

What if the program is at capacity?
If you have Wellpoint, the program goes until December 2026. If you do not have Wellpoint, the program may fill up each month. You will be told if that happens. While you wait, we may connect you to other local resources for help.
Do we need to download an app to access the Full Cart Connect Card?
No, you do not need an app. If you have Wellpoint, your Full Cart Connect Card will be sent to you by text or email after you fill out the form.
Will this program impact existing benefits like SNAP or TennCare?
No. Using Full Cart does not change your SNAP, TennCare, or other government benefits. If you have Wellpoint, Full Cart Connect can also help you sign up for extra benefits to support you.
As a Wellpoint Member, what if I don’t have a smartphone or email?
You can ask a friend or family member to help. Or, you can call Full Cart Connect at 888-891-6447. We can help you by phone and make sure you get the support you need!
If I’m not a Wellpoint member, can I still register for this program?
Yes, you can. Non-Wellpoint members can get help with Social Benefit Enrollment for things like SNAP (Food Stamps), WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), or Utility Assistance, but there will only be a limited number each month.

What benefits can I receive?
If you have Wellpoint, you can get two Full Cart Connect cards. The first $50 card comes after you fill out the Full Cart form. The second $50 card comes after you finish the social benefit form in ThriveLink. You will also get help with extra food, housing, utilities, and transportation. After that, there are more Wellpoint benefits available, like diapers and bus passes!
How will I get my card?
The Full Cart Connect Card is sent to your phone with instructions. If you pick Walmart, you must use the whole card balance at Walmart. If you pick Kroger, Food Lion, CVS, Dollar General, or Family Dollar, you may be able to use the money at more than one store.
What if I got my card but don’t use it?
The Full Cart Connect Card is only for fresh, frozen, or canned fruits and vegetables. It expires 45 days after you get it. Try to use it as soon as you can!
How will I know I’ve been approved?
You’ll get a Welcome to Full Cart Connect text and email with details and next steps.
Will I get updates?
Yes, you will get texts and emails about your status, your Full Cart Connect Card, and how to finish the Social Benefit Enrollment.
What if I lose my card or can’t find the link?
If that happens, contact Full Cart at tnwellpoint@fullcart.org or call 888-891-6447.
What if I have trouble using my card in a store?
If the cashier is having trouble using your card in-store, please call iQpay Support at 888-253-5667 while you are at the store. Please have your card number and store location ready!
Can I use the card on anything in the store?

What if my phone number changes or I lose my phone?
If that happens, contact Full Cart at tnwellpoint@fullcart.org or call 888-891-6447 so we can update your information!
Can someone else use my card for me?
A trusted friend or family member can use the card for you. It works like a gift card and doesn’t need ID at checkout.
What if I don’t want these benefits anymore?
That’s okay. You can stop anytime, and come back later if you change your mind. The program runs until December 2026.
What if I can’t get to the store to use the card?
You may get a Full Cart Fresh Box. It has 10–12 pounds of fruits and vegetables and is sent to your home.
What if I have questions about my health plan benefits?
